Role Overview:
We are seeking for Technology Engineer – Redis to design, implement, and manage enterprise Redis platforms supporting high-performance, real-time applications. The role focuses on platform administration, performance optimization, disaster recovery, security, and operational excellence across cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Redis Platform Engineering
- Design, deploy, and administer Redis environments for enterprise applications.
- Manage Redis clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Configure replication, failover, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Optimize Redis performance for caching, messaging, and real-time workloads.
Platform Operations
- Perform capacity planning, monitoring, tuning, patch management, and troubleshooting.
- Implement automation to simplify platform administration and operational tasks.
- Support cloud-native and on-premises Redis deployments.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
- Drive platform governance and best practices.
- Support production incidents and ensure platform reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
