Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role focuses on developing production-ready AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent agents, and cloud-native AI platforms that drive digital transformation within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and response generation.
- Build intelligent AI assistants, autonomous agents, and domain-specific AI solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Machine Learning & AI Engineering
- Develop AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Build NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and agent orchestration strategies.
- Fine-tune foundation models and optimize inference performance.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Integrate AI services with Azure, AWS, and enterprise cloud platforms.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search capabilities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product teams.
- Ensure AI governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
