Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across enterprise banking products. The role focuses on driving end-to-end UX/UI design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into engaging digital experiences that align with product strategy and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & UX Design
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs.
- Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Create intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure design consistency through reusable design systems and components.
User Research & Collaboration
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation sessions.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UI Engineers, and Development teams.
- Translate customer insights into meaningful design improvements.
Design Leadership
- Champion Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Support design handoffs and implementation throughout Agile delivery cycles.
- Maintain design documentation and promote UX best practices across teams.
