Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled JD Edwards OTC Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in JD Edwards Order to Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional business understanding and technical expertise, enabling them to design, configure, and support end-to-end OTC solutions.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions within the JD Edwards ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional & Business Analysis

  • Analyze business requirements related to Order to Cash processes, including order processing, pricing, invoicing, and customer management.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business users to improve and optimize OTC workflows and processes.

JDE Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure and support JD Edwards OTC modules, including:
    • Sales Order Management
    • Advanced Pricing
    • Customer Billing
  • Ensure proper system configuration aligned with business and operational requirements.
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to order processing, pricing, and billing workflows.
  • Provide production support and ensure minimal downtime for business operations.
  • Work on system improvements and performance optimization.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with integration teams for system interfaces and data exchange.
  • Support integration activities involving EDI transactions and external systems (if applicable).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and support teams.

Testing & Delivery

  • Participate in testing phases (Unit Testing, UAT) to validate system functionality and business scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, documentation practices, and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to Agile processes including sprint planning and execution.

Required Skills:

Core Expertise

  • Strong experience in JD Edwards (JDE) Order to Cash (OTC) module
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Sales Order Management
    • Advanced Pricing
    • Customer Billing

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Experience in business process analysis and solution design
  • Strong knowledge of JDE configuration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work on end-to-end OTC lifecycle management

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with JDE integrations
  • Knowledge of EDI transactions and data exchange processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
