Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Executive Manager – Squad Cyber Technical Lead to lead a multi-disciplinary cybersecurity function spanning Application Security, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance Trail Management.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, AI/LLM Security, Security Governance, and Regulatory Compliance, with proven leadership experience in banking or highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Leadership & Governance
- Lead security delivery across AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance workstreams.
- Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary 1LoD representative, collaborating with 2LoD, AI CoE, and engineering teams.
- Chair Security Champions Guild initiatives and manage cross-functional security priorities.
DevSecOps & Security Engineering
- Drive secure software development and DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
- Oversee security tooling ecosystems including SonarQube, Snyk, ServiceNow IRM, OPA, Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, and related platforms.
- Manage security evidence collection, attestation workflows, and governance reporting.
AI Security & Regulatory Compliance
- Establish AI/LLM security controls and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations, AI/ML Guidance, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Present governance dashboards and cybersecurity metrics to senior stakeholders.
